But the work itself is challenging and very educational. Decent Place to work but only average pay. The only thing that really stuck with me in that short time was that there was a globaslan lack of team work with the "us vs them" mentality between the phone agents and the retail agents.
The team supervisors are more disrespectful and rude. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy!

Our community is ready to answer. They put way too much pressure on the reps and frankly I do not think we got paid enough for gobalsan expectations they want met therefore i quit.

The first five weeks of training are a waste of time because you do not learn one useful thing in training that you can apply to the calls you glovalsan on the floor. One of the worst call centers around. Now its customer service i believe. Was this review helpful? Most call centers in the area have a high starting pay than glpbalsan 9 month pay is. This was not handled professionally I had already quit another job to accept this one now I have no job no income and no money no.
The environment was okay to work in. Typical day at work was taking complaints, and such. This is an alright place to globasan but there is a lot of favoritism and the pay is only average at best. Verizon customers are globalsqn very rude and it's very hard to get floor support if you have any questions! Productive and a good "starting" job. Ping pong table, clean break room. Nice place but a little unorganized amd lack of management. I was here for about three months.

Conduit Global - San Antonio. In a nutshell the worst company I've ever worked for. Great staff, but not always a pleasant experience or place to work.
No flexibilty, bounced around from supervisor to supervisor, very minimal training and expected to have extensive knowledge about all verizon products. Constantly finding out new problems on calls that you've never heard about or seen. No since of job securitymanagement always putting into your head that the center could possibly lose a contract.
Worst place to work for. When asking management for support on calls they tell you to simply look up the information.
